Costs
- Registration Fee - The $10 Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. registration
fee provides accident insurance for all members, plus special
services and national program development.
- Troop Funds - The girls in the troop decide on a budget
based on income from troop dues and the product sales.
- Handbooks and Uniforms - The handbook enables a girl to chart
her own course through the Girl Scout program. Uniforms are optional,
and many girls enjoy wearing the uniform because it bonds troop
members and connects them to the national organization.
- Financial Assistance - Funds are available to help families
cover some costs.
