Membership
Girls who are not registered members of Girl Scouts for the 2007-08 membership year must return a completed membership consent form (see bottom of registration form) and $10 along with the camp registration form and reservation fee. If you are unsure of what level your girl is in, see chart below. All grades are as of fall 2008.
Girl Scout Program Levels
- Brownie Girl Scouts - ages 6-8 or in grades 1-3
- Junior Girl Scouts - ages 9-11 or in grades 4-6*
- Cadette Girl Scouts - ages 11-14 or in grade 6*-9*
- Senior Girl Scouts - ages 14-17 or in grades 9*-12
*Girls in the sixth grade have the option of participating as Juniors or Cadettes. Ninth graders may participate as Cadettes or Seniors.
Girl Scouting is open to all girls ages 5 through 17 and to adults, both women and men, who subscribe to the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
